We reduce our CO2 emissions in line with the Paris agreement’s 1.5-degree target
We are committed to reduce our CO2 emissions according to Green House Gas Protocol´s Scope 1 and 2 by 50% until the year 2030, with the year 2020 as a baseline. We will make this happen by focusing on energy efficiency, electrification, and the use of renewable energy sources.
We minimize waste and see all waste as a resource
As part of our sustainability strategy, we want to reduce our waste as much as we possibly can. We continuously measure our waste management and seek for solutions for reductions.
The long-term target is to have zero waste going to landfill or incineration. To ensure continuous improvements and a systematic approach within the environmental area, we are certified with the environmental standard of ISO 14001.

Health & safety and wellbeing
At Tinex d.o.o., we always put safety first and our workplace should contribute positively on our colleagues´ wellbeing. All people involved in our business should be safe when being at work and our view of safety includes both physical as well as mental health. We are in the process of obtaining the health & safety standard ISO 45001 to have a well-established and systematic method to prevent and manage risks and accidents.

Code of Ethics is a guideline for ethical sound behavior for all employees. It is an extension of our core values, a simple map to what the company expects from us in various contexts of our everyday work.
To ensure that our employees comply with our values and policies, there is a group-wide whistleblower service, managed by an external party. We urge all employees and partners to tell us about any actions that go against what we stand for as a company – it creates security and helps us achieve a good corporate culture.
