For your quick maintenance needs, we produce customized seals and guides – as a single piece or in economic small batches. We have an unique example for it: The Original! The franchise Freudenberg Xpress centers - one of them is TINEX, have a profit from more than 80 years of production know-how and the  exacting quality standards of our serial production.

    For you this means: No compromise in the functional safety of your seal – even if time is pressing.

    Mechanical characteristics:
    • Almost double extrusion gaps allowable
    • Operating pressure limit increased by 25% (by 10 MPa) up to 50 MPa
    Chemical characteristics:
    • 3 – 5 times higher lifetime in mineral oils
    • Up to 10 times higher lifetime in biodegreadable fluids / humid conditions
    Temperatures:
    • High temp operation limit 120 °C (continuous!)
    • Low temp limit -35 °C
