Calibration pliers

They are highly practical and useful tools for calibrating PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) piston seals. They consist of a stainless steel strip that can be adjusted to the appropriate size of the seal, ranging from 50 to 360 mm in diameter. Additionally, the pliers feature an integrated polyurethane wedge that protects the seal from damage during the shaping process.

How to use them?
1.) Start by adjusting the length of the stainless steel strip to match the seal. Verify that the strip is properly adjusted and fits tightly around the seal.
2.) Next, rotate the knob on the pliers to secure the PTFE piston seal back into the groove. Use the pliers to push the seal back into its original position within the groove. The pliers' clamp allows for secure attachment of the seal in place.
