Announcement letter of the change of ownership of the company TINEX d.o.o.

Dear all,

Axel Johnson International (business group Power Transmission Solution) made acquisition of TINEX d.o.o. on 1st of December 2022.

Axel Johnson International is a privately owned Swedish company with a 140-year tradition and the same values and goals as TINEX d.o.o., i.e. satisfying customer needs in various industries. With the new owner, we have gained new business opportunities to fulfil our goals, as we are becoming part of a family of 170 companies in 30 countries.

The change of ownership does not change anything to our business partners - so our address, contacts and business remain the same. However, we received additional momentum on the same path to the realization of our vision.
